Begin with room types, not just the room count.
A project with a few room types needs a different schedule from one with many individual layouts. Identify repeated pieces, accessible-room variations, suites and any spaces being excluded. Group common finishes and hardware while retaining the distinctive items that matter to your concept. This makes quotation comparisons and later room-by-room allocation easier.
Use a representative room to resolve details.
Before repeated production, agree which pieces require a sample or mock-up. Review bed and headboard dimensions together with bedside tables, sockets, lighting and housekeeping access. A room drawing alone cannot confirm seat comfort, drawer movement or the feel of an upholstery fabric. Record the approved version and unresolved points before releasing the wider package.
Renovation packages need a receiving plan.
For an operating hotel, the delivery sequence should reflect which areas will be ready to receive furniture. Discuss room coding, packaging labels, storage availability and installation access early. Final site measurements and any existing items to be retained must be confirmed by the project team. We do not promise a standard lead time without reviewing quantities, approvals and the manufacturing scope.

We currently do not accept very large projects. We prefer to assess a defined boutique hotel, a focused renovation or a specific furnishing package honestly against our team’s capacity before making a commitment.
